  • A nurse told me as we put on weight our rib cage is pushed out to make room for the fat that is around our organs (gross, I know). She also said some people who loose a lot of weight need to have surgery to realign them. Have no idea if this explains the pain, possibly, maybe some more expert person can help us out.

  • I think they give you a false sense of security, they are not some magic weight loss tool as the advertisements would have you believe. I know so many people who think by drinking them the weight will just drop off with no other lifestyle changes
