I tried this a few weeks ago...it's not bad at all. Wouldn't be able to eat much of it...and to be fair Nutella is still MUCH yummier!! Definitely worth a try.

Personally, I don't eat back ANY exercise calories..I don't see the point in it. Some people do and appear to get some benefit from it, which, if it works, more power to them. But for me and my way of thinking, if i'm working my butt off trying to lose weight, I'm not then going to eat back what I've just spent so long…

Kilograms are Metric system and Pounds are Imperial system. Some countries prefer Metric, some prefer Imperial....some use both. 1 kilogram = 2.2 pounds 1 pound = 0.45 kilogram
