  • i disagree with using a leg press machine. you don't reap the benefits that squats have to offer in strengthening all the smaller core and leg muscles if you use a machine since you don't have to work on stabilizing. if you are using a squat cage then you don't have to worry about any spotters. if you want to avoid injury…
  • I'm sure running tomorrow would be fine. just make sure you keep it clean.
  • if i eat too much low quality salmon (frozen patties) i get what i assume is a gout flare up. take some ibuprofen and it goes away. i just tossed the rest of them after that happened.

  • of the 3 i would say trek and cannondale are better. though it seems like you will be buying a lower end bike so realistically i don't think theres a huge difference between the lower end bikes from any of these companies. though of the 3 i think diamondback will have cheaper components which really effect the feel and…
  • I've got exactly 20 pounds to go to hit my goal of 220 for labor day. its a lot per week but i'm on track.

I weigh myself once a day when i get up, between when i use the bathroom and eating breakfast. doing it that way keeps a solid control on my weight loss "experiment". If something doesn't quite work then I can change it up for the next…
  • maybe you are just tired due to low calories.
  • she looks good for a brit.
  • i read through the first page of this thread and there is some pretty bad advice being given to you. you are sick and have gotten worse in 2 weeks. your body obviously needs more nutrients, and more importantly, calories to fight off your infections. don't discount how hard it is for a body to fight sickness, its hard work…
  • lot of upset soccer moms in this thread...lol
  • the only thing that makes me feel better after a bad day is time. just get back on track the next day and you will feel better. binging happens and realistically it isn't a bad thing as long as it is contained to one day infrequently. Its pretty important to not beat yourself up.
  • basically because relationships make you fatter, and everyone here is here to lose some Lbs. So theres a high probability that the people who are here to lose weight are also in relationships. haha.
