I used to mix a hot cocoa packet with a little milk and eat it like that. Sometimes I would peanut butter or chocolate chips. I also hated spaghetti and would just eat the noodles with ranch dressing on them.

It sounds weird, but I'm afraid to lose my curves. I love my body and the way it looks right now, but I know I need to lose 70 lbs to be in a healthy range. I'm afraid I'm going to lose that curvy figure that I love because it makes me feel like a woman and not a stick!

It's mostly just uncomfortable/sore, but I can dull it with heat pads and pain meds. I was hoping it would just be stress on the joint or muscles from a new workout routine, but I think it couldn't hurt to call my doctor. Thanks for all your help!

You can get a estimate of calories burned at zumbacalories.com. I have Zumba for the Wii, and I lose about 250 calories in 20 mins, and I sweating and gasping for breath at the end.

Getting sick sucks! I just stop tracking. I still try to keep the calories low, but it takes that extra stress off when I stop tracking and just focus on getting myself better. I usually end up losing weight anyway, because I'm too miserable to eat mush anyway. It's all about the orange juice though!

I've never had a problem loving my body...curves are sexy! Gives me confidence and joy when shopping for new clothes. Just trying to get rid of my "spare tire"...and last week I had to tighten my belt one notch to keep my pants from falling off! On my way there! Time to go shopping again!

Cheat days got me through the holidays without feeling deprived or guilty. Being able to take a day every once and a while and not think too hard about every single calorie is a relief.
