hey everyone, just weighed myself and I totally put back on all the weight I'd love over all those weeks so I'm kind of ashamed to put the pic up. It's been great fun and I wish everyone the best of luck!! You can do it guys!

well I ended up getting the Biggest Loser Wii (half price, who can resist?) and after my first hour on the game I love it! I did some training on the lightest setting and I burned 303 cal for about an hour (used heart rate monitor to measure calories not the game). I will definitely be using it as my indoor workout

I'm also an Aussie that's trying to lose weight! I'm 4'11 and I'm trying to lose about 10kg as well. I get super motivated lose a few and then generally put it back on and then lose it again. Do you mind if I add you and we can keep each other motivated!

Not really sure what happened. I ate well and exercised (and I don't even have Thanksgiving as an excuse). I guess at least it's not a gain. I'm definitely going to have to up my exercise for the next week.

lol, that might explain why it was only $25. would you rate EA sports active as a better workout (if you've tried it). My main gripe with that was I didn't like having that strap on my leg all the time and the resistance band was annoying.

Woo! I was feeling pretty average yesterday so missed my normal big 2 hour roller derby training session but I'm going to try an awesome last chance workout on the elliptical today!

I'm just thankful we don't have Thanksgiving in Australia. Plus this year most of my family will be away for Christmas so we can have a really relaxed one with some bbq'ed meats and salad.

This was taken at the warehouse mega scale at work so I could make the deadline, with all the warehouse guys watching ... how embarrassing. From next week I'll be safe and sound in the comfort of my own home. Also because I'm in Australia I'm a day ahead and it's actually the 16th where I am!

Thanks for all the advice, guys. I think it was my big moment of OMG I CAN'T DO THIS!!! After a glass of water I feel much calmer and yes, even though the numbers were wrong I am still losing weight. So tomorrow I'm going shopping for a new set of scales!
