50 push ups today! I am able to do more reps with the girlie style now. As I improve more, I plan to move into the regular style.0

Missed Tuesday & Wednesday, but I made up for one of the days tonight. 100 girlie push ups finished today. Will make up the other 50 tomorrow. I actually couldn't believe that I was able to do the extra 50.0

Oh, how sore my arms are....missed yesterday so I started my girlie push ups today. Had to do 100 because I missed yesterday. :noway: So, I did 10 sets of 10 girlie pushups. I will not be missing any more days because that was tough.0

Whew!! Two days of 100 push ups and my arms are really sore. I so agree with loveme, I am not going to miss another day. I finished 100 today 95 girlie and 5 boy push ups. Tomorrow will try for 10 boy and 40 girlie push ups. Good luck to all!!0

Haven't done any since Tuesday so I've been trying to catch up today so I can get back on track. I've done 150 in 3 separate sets throughout the day. Will try and do the same again tomorrow and by Monday I'll be back to 50 a day.0

Missed two days, but did 100 push-ups yesterday, and will do 100 push-ups today to make up for them.0

Finally managed to catch up so another 150 done today! Back to 50 a day from tomorrow and going to try really hard not to miss a day so I don't have to catch up again! It was a killer yesterday and today but I'm starting to find that they are getting easier.0

this sounds like an awesome challenge (and I wish I had found it sooner).
I've love to work on my upper body strength more so I'm going to keep going for the rest of the month!0 -
still cheering you ALL on!!! my goal is to do 50 one day, 100 the next. rest for a day, then rotate. the three day cycle. i'm planning next months challenge...work those arms.

I love this challenge and can notice a little difference in my arms (I think it is all those catching up ones I had to do at the weekend)! My 50 are done for today!0

I did 50 girlie push ups yesterday (5 sets of 10)...I missed Saturday so I'll make those 50 up one day this weeki'm planning next months challenge...work those arms.

Completed 150 girlie push ups today-10 sets of 15 (throughout the day of course)~for Sat, Mon and Today....i have to stop missing days because doing these extra push ups are killing me. my arms and knees are sore :sad:

Done for today, still 15 regular ones and 35 modified ones. The regular ones are still really hard, so I haven't tried to increase them yet, but the modified ones are getting much easier.0

I'm about to do my pushups. I've been so behind on that part of the challenge. My goal for Monday is to be down to 138lbs.0

Got 100 in yesterday and 100 in today all modified though. They are definitely getting easier. Tried a couple of regular ones but they are seriously hard!0

Did 100 girlie ones this morning with my trainer in sets of 15 and then the last two sets of 20! Wow that was hard work especially at the end! Jane thanks so much for setting up this challenge! Can't wait to find out what next month will bring!0
