Hi everyone! This is a bit late b/c I've been away all weekend celebrating Christmas with my family. Our weigh in word for this week is Christmas!

    Last week I was 276.8, this week I am 274! Lost 2.8 lbs AND reached my first goal :)

    We had a loss this week of 9.6 lbs!!!

    That brings our total loss to 55.6 lbs!!

    Sorry I didn't post. Up 2 pounds as of yesterday. I didn't figure I would drop that by the end of the night, especially with yesterday's sodium intake. Congrats to everyone and good luck.
