Hi everyone! For those of us still in the race (all but 1) it is time for our 2nd weigh-in! I can't wait to find out how much the 9 of us lost together!
Our word for the week is Strength
Remember, to write the word, date and your MFP screen name on the paper. All photos must be posted by midnight PST, no exceptions! If you do not post by midnight PST on 11/22/10 you will be disqualified. If any weight is gained, you will be disqualified, no exceptions.

I don't have a good feeling about tomorrow
My weekend started out with a party and now I'm all gimped up with a bum shoulder and in some hardcore pain. Here's to hoping I maintain! :flowerforyou:0 -

I was feeling pretty average yesterday so missed my normal big 2 hour roller derby training session but I'm going to try an awesome last chance workout on the elliptical today!0 -

My baby brother turned 21 this weekend... so obviously not quite the loss I was hoping for but a loss is a loss.

I was seriously nervous...I only worked out once this week and then had my party Friday night which I watched what I ate but after 6+ jello shots I didn't care what or how much I drank. PLUS my shoulder is seriously messed up I'm so sore I couldn't sleep last night AT ALL! I'm at work and seriously thinking coffee is in order this morning. :noway:0 -

Ok, I did it. Took me a bit, but it wouldn't let me upload to here using mobile uploads. I had to move it to my regular folder.0 -
Classic blunder. I thought my weigh-in was 233.3. I weighed in at 234 this morning, so i didn't bother taking a picture. My GF just said my weigh in was 234.4. Whoops. Hopefully I won't go up in weight by tonight.0

Man you should always take a picture even if you think you gained...this way like in this case you have it and don't have to stress about the weigh in this evening.0 -
