My shoulder is starting to feel better so hopefully I can pick up my workout routine now.
I need to lost 6 lbs between this week and next in order to reach my next mini goal of 20lbs.0 -

Down 1lb this week not bad considering I only worked out 3 times instead of 6 and ate like crap for 5 days.

Not really sure what happened. I ate well and exercised (and I don't even have Thanksgiving as an excuse).
I guess at least it's not a gain. I'm definitely going to have to up my exercise for the next week.0 -

I am worried about this next weigh in. I am adjusting my entire concept. Last week I only averaged 1400+ net calories and pretty much slept 4-5 hours a night. This week I am making an effort to cut down on my exercise, mainly because I can't make up the caloric deficit. I am hoping getting 7 hours of sleep offsets it. Here's hoping I will still be in the competition.0

I weighed myself first without my camera then with it and it comes out to exactly the same, so I guess its not enough to make a .2 difference even. I just use a regular digital camera.0 -

I use my cell phone as well. Nice to know it doesn't add anything Courtney. Since you have whatever camera in your hand every week, you won't be doing any harm to this competition. The weight overall would be the issue - but Courtney proved that it doesn't matter. Works for me!
