    Hi all,

    I would like to join too...I know I'm a little late, but I will try my best to make up for it the rest of the week ( may be a little tough to reach the 3500 this week but I will give it a shot!) I have a cold right now so I've been taking it a little easy the past couple of days, but tomorrow morning I'm getting up bright and early for a sweat burning workout....hope you all dont mind if I join a little late!!!

    I didn't have time to log this yesterday, so I'm adding both days now. I don't have a hrm, so I'm using the general info mfp gives me. It seems pretty close to what my bodybugg shows (bodybugg shows more), so it should be okay.

    I forgot to log in yesterday but it may have been because I was super lazy. I think last week and all the running around was finally catching up with me. Could have been all the crappy food that I don't usually eat. Either way...I own it! :) Keep up the good work everyone!! :)
