Hi all,
I would like to join too...I know I'm a little late, but I will try my best to make up for it the rest of the week ( may be a little tough to reach the 3500 this week but I will give it a shot!) I have a cold right now so I've been taking it a little easy the past couple of days, but tomorrow morning I'm getting up bright and early for a sweat burning workout....hope you all dont mind if I join a little late!!!

I didn't have time to log this yesterday, so I'm adding both days now. I don't have a hrm, so I'm using the general info mfp gives me. It seems pretty close to what my bodybugg shows (bodybugg shows more), so it should be okay.
