  • I melted some Lilys chocolate chips, stirred in some chia, spread on parchment paper, and sprinkled w salt to make some chia bark. I'll break it up and add it to some keto trail mix.
  • Last night we put some sauteed chicken in a bowl, then added some of the stuff you use to make jalapeno poppers (cream cheese, cheddar, bacon), plus some sauteed jalapenos and a little cayenne. Stirred it all together and ate it. It was yummy. Had a big side salad w Ranch too.
