OMG YES! I have lost 50LBS and 30 inches total. Yet, when I look at myself I see the same old body. I FEEL like that old body.

I'm prone to retain water. Up your water intake. Half your body weight in ounces is a good start It helps me.

May I suggest using a crock pot? Extremely helpful and easy to cook healthy.

I personally think it depends on the person. When I was following IIFYM's I lost at a very -very- slow rate. When I started eating clean 80/20 I saw the best results. You don't have anything to loose in trying.

Ya that and cleaning. lol! Although I did do the cleaning one a couple times before I learned about TDEE and that the cleaning, the vacuming and walking the dog is part of my TDEE.

I have both. I would recommend Turbo Fire only because you get muscle definition and it's freaking fun!! :tongue:

I use protein shakes more as a snack. I get viciously hungry between meals at work and can not eat. So I drink it. I have played with a few recipies amd found one I love and is only 180 cals. I do not use them as meal replacements though

This! I used to do the month weigh in and I was usually disappointed. Now I weigh daily ( early morning before I eat and after The pees and poops) and I have been having the best results! Also, I find it a great motivator! Seeing the nbrs in the morning Motivates me to stay on track ????
