    Hey y'all! I forgot to tell you that in addition to being a Vancouverite, I'm living in Singapore right now after 12 years in Houston TX. If you're looking for more Canadian friends, I'm in this for the long haul, making a lifestyle change that I can keep up after years of unhealthy eating habits. Now, after a year at this, I'm more comfortable in my skin, have managed to put on some old jeans that I used to think of as my skinny ones and am enjoying my life so much more with the increased health I've attained. It makes living in a hot and humid place so much easier without all the extra insulation I was carrying! I'm not at my goal, but I'm getting there. Feel free to add me if you'd like.
