Elliptical Or turbofire ?

So which way is the best Elliptical or Turbofire work outs ?

    I have both. I would recommend Turbo Fire only because you get muscle definition and it's freaking fun!! :tongue:

    I've never done Turbofire - other people may be best advising you.

    But for me personally, I'd stay away from the elliptical.

    I used one in the past at the gym and calories per hour, burned more than running or cycling. However, I hurt one of my knees and developed very bad plantar fasciitis that stopped me from working out for more than a month. I get pf anyway, but not that painful and not for that long. The physio said that ellipticals aren't good, as your legs are pulled along and that your gait and stride aren't natural.

    As I said, I had good results with the elliptical, but it didn't turn out so well in the end and after checking Amazon, Turbofire looks better.

    I'd say Turbo Fire just for the entertainment factor. Although listening to books or podcasts on the elliptical could be good too. If you're into that. Still, I'd say Turbo Fire.

    Your body will only change as fast as it will change, and diet is going to play at least as large of a role as exercise. What kind of changes are you looking for and how fast do you want them to happen?
