Thanks. I use my instant pot a lot

I answered in the quotes. Hope this helps. We are GF and had also been dairy/casein free for a long time too. I know all the tricks/rules.

The red cross actually told me to stop donating. My blood flows so slowly that it takes over 20 mins to get a pint. This means it has too much coagulant in it and therefore can not be split. It can only be used whole. But the last two times I gave I went over the allotted amount of time, they were having to weigh the bag…

I take a lot of things. First, let me say I started taking a lot of these sups because we use them in my son's recovery from autism - it is called biomedical interventions. I did a lot of research and found that I fit certain subtypes and needed to supplement the same as my son. I take krill oil for my omegas and for…

OP here. It is P90 NOT P90 X. We have X waiting in the wings for later. I think 30 DS may have gotten me into some sort of shape ( other than round) and got me ready for P90. Not sure I could have done it this well at first. Also, I'm just starting out so I'm only on level 1-2. I'm guessing it will get harder further along.

Awesome! I just started P90 last night. I did 30 DS first and I'm glad I did. It got me some strength and stamina first. Way to go!

Thanks for posting! I'm starting out near your SW and I want to get down just like you. So thanks for the inspiration. Great job, and you look happy and beautiful.

Thanks! Wonder if I should stay at L2 for more of a burn and maybe better results? What do you all think? Or maybe mix it up between L2 and L3? Or should I just do it right the first time through?

I would see a doc about the worms, that isn't good. But I used to be hungry all the time and didn't know why. I used to watch fitness/diet experts on TV who say if you eat these 3 meals and these 2 snacks there is no way you will be hungry. I tried and I was starved. I couldn't stop. After my son was diagnosed with autism…

It really is yummy. I am drinking a ginger one right now. I plan to take the ingredients on vacation and make my in-laws drink it. They already think I sort of nuts, this will push them over the edge!
-
You might have to tweak the recipe because you need to steep the ginger or mint in something and I don't think you would do that with stevia. Maybe you could muddle the mint or ginger in the bottom of the glass, add the water and stevia to taste.

Marshmallows are made with gelatin which is made from animal bones, etc.

You look great. I'm hoping that will be me soon. I know OC, MD very well. Love the suit and your hair!

I will be watching this thread as I'm going through something similar. My shape is changing, but I'm still not losing weight. I think it may be that I'm not drinking enough water, but I'm unsure. Good luck

So they all sound pretty good. I need something a little shorter I think, just because I have to fit it in with the kids schedules, naps, etc. But I may get 2 anyway. Thanks for the help!

That is fantastic. You are doing a great job!

That is wonderful!

I'm not going to get rid of her but I'm also not taking her weight loss advice. I truly don't know how I could live off of 900 a day. Thanks everyone.

I understand what you are saying, but I think this was just off the cuff. She did no testing of me, just said I have a low metabolism and don't need as much food. Then she asked if I ever tried WW. I said yes, but because of things like my son's autism, which has effected every aspect of our life and has made me give up…

Usually she is a very good doctor, but her thoughts on diet and nutrition for people that struggle with weight loss is just just off. My hubby told me the same thing, I need to get a new doc. After this I think I will. I mean 900 calories is extreme. Maybe the wal-mart doc would be better. :)
