P90 - day 60 results

So I'm not sure I see too much difference in my size... The original comparison pic is in my profile if you want to see it (there's DEF a difference between day 1 and day 30). I am personally noticing a lot of muscle definition and strength though which I am LOVING.

This is just P90 though - no "X". I was def not fit enough to even attempt P90X. I started with P90 - the beginners type version. I'll do P90 Masters Series next... and then MAAAAYBE try P90X. I am waaay to intimidated at the moment though. No way am I ready :-D0 -

I totally need to just dive in or I chicken out. I still think I'll bridge it with P90 Masters Series though :-)

Now, I've restarted P90X using a 1900 calorie diet espoused by one of the very successful P90X coaches that seems to be helping. Previously, I did 1,900 calories of anything I wanted. Now, I'm trying to follow this diet very closely.
