Hi... I went to www.zumbacalories.com there is a zumba burned calories calculator where you put in your weight and work out minutes and it works out for you how many calories you have burned. Hope this helps :)

My net calories are 1200, I was eating lower cals and i didnt lose but then MFP gave me advice to eat almost all my 1200 cal and it def worked i also try and eat more if i have had a great workout and i have def lost more this way!

@ pspi thank you I cant believe how quickly time flies, I couldnt even do 20 in a row when I started and didnt think I would be able to walk for a week LOL, but this week has flown and it does seem to get easier, Im gonna be a squat master come March hehe 13/12 - 100 done :)

Hi guys so sorry i havn't loggen in my squats but i dont have the internet on the weekend but i have still done my squats. 05/12 100 DONE 06/12 100 DONE 07/12 100 DONE 08/12 100 DONE 09/12 100 DONE 10/12 100 DONE 11/12 100 DONE 12/12 100 DONE and just because it was my birthday yesterday i did an extra 50 hahaha!!!

Hi..... I jump rope 4/5 days a week I skip for about 20/35 min( usually during the news) if I fell like I can put in another 10 or 20 min then I do this, any exercise is good exercise!!!!!
