Today's challenge is: Calf Raises
Let's see if we can do 350.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
Do them the hardest way you can and try to get all 350.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.
Anyone can join in and you can log this as calisthenics.

Totally had to google what they were... awful I know... I seriously haven't been to a gym in 5 years until 2 weeks ago lol... but googled and I am in!

Just out of courisoty how many is everybody doing at a time lol? I am doing them on a step and can only manage about 30 then have to walk it out for a min then back to 30 haha.. Also does anybody know how many calories these burn?
Also finished! I even did 370 cause for some reason that is what I thought it said! Like the little daily challanges like this! Should do them everyday!0 -

I don't know lol.. try to google it... I did a few without a step and def did not feel the burn I felt with the step. I would say with a step if possible.0 -
