I started MFP last Feb. It set my calories at 1200. I am 5'2. I wasnt aware you could change the amount MFP sets. When I first started 1200 was hard. But I lost weight quickly. Now slow moving weight off. Maybe I should try to up the calories. Problem is I am forcing self to now even eat the 1200. Usually 200-300 short.

My experience is what others are mentioning. I got tired of logging so the past 2 weeks I didn't, I gained a little, lost some of it, I will not be taking another logging break until I hit my goal and we go on our family vacation next year. I hear ya. The logging gets tiresome. Good Luck!!

I have 1200 a day as well. Almost every morning I have 1 Cup of Special K Red Berries Cereal w/ 1/2 cup milk. :) I some times will add fresh fruit. Banana's, blackberries. strawberries, etc.
