I use to hate green tea until I read the benefits . Now I drink green tea everyday at least 2 times a day :) Usually in the morning and noon :)

Hi usually I add my exercise at the end of the day when I ready to go to bed , do that way I don't see those extra calories and I don't feel tempted to overeat :)

Thanks :) I'm vegetarian I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits but I will eat a little more :) I don't know I'm scare to eat sugar in general I have the idea that is going to gain weight , I'm going to do my best to change that .

For me is the same :) I don't think that having extra protein can hurt you as long you keep you calories in control :D

I read that white bread, white rice ,any kind white flour in general .lol XD Bananas are so good ! the key is moderation ! :) 1/2 of banana or 1/4 is not going to harm you ! eat bananas !! especially Before of after working out .
