Hi I dont know if I'm doing everything wrong when add food to my diary in the serving size option usually the firts option is the serving size of the product[ 1/2 cup = 150 calories]]I'm usually eat 1/3 , 1/4 or even 2 TBS (I do conversion Tbs to cup = 0.125 I add that as decimal )
'
IF i eat 1/3 cup of oatmeal will be Serving size 1/2c cup and number of serving 1/3c ?
or should I pick serving size 1 cup and then my number of serving 1/3c?
or when I do Tbs serving size 1/2 number serving 0.125 is that right ?
Thanks

is there a website where I can get the conversions or how you do it ? thanks0

1/3 of a cup is 1/3 of 1 cup. So you would pick the serving size as 1 cup...and then change it to 1/3 or .33 (depending on whether you use the fractions or the decimals).0
