I am a UK based MFP fan. In 2011 I joined MFP and lost around 10lbs but I got complacent and since then I have probably put on 20lbs!
I want to get back on the horse and take control of my body. I am looking for MFP friends who are motivated, healthy eaters and exercisers. I'd love to swap gym/running tips and stories.
Please add me if you need a positive shoulder - I am here to motivate as much as I want to be motivated.

Good luck!! I'm losing nothing at the mo despite trying to eat healthy most of the time...ish... and exercising 4-5days a week. Defo need a push to stick with it!!0
