Sounds good. Not sure what it would do to the taste but you could substitute lowfat mayo and 2% cheese for the full fat ingredients. And perhaps Canadian bacon for the meat?

Good point! This can be a real downfall for me if I'm hungry and grab something (usually high caloric) impulsively.

I think, for me, one of the biggest obstacles I face is dinner. I like to have variety but it's difficult to limit portions so that I'm not overeating, especially with foods that I love. I'm thinking about limiting my dinner options to a few that I like (and easy to calculate calories for.)
