Small Victory

Hey All!

Had a small victory today and thought I'd share...
I posted a few weeks ago that I was having difficulty getting the weight off despite diet and exercise and really good logging on MFP. Did one week of Debbie Seibers Slim in 6 then started Insanity, today is my last day of week 3!
Despite feeling down because I was expecting more dramatic weight loss similar to what I experienced in the past doing crazy fad diets, I stuck to it and reached my goal for the End of January!

Started on January 6th at 265lbs and weighed in this morning at 254.2! That's a 10.8lb loss!
My goal was to lose at least 8lbs this month following th MFP recommendation of 2 lbs per week.

Also, from my Insanity measurements after week 2 (last week) I'm down an inch on my hips and four inches off each thigh (how crazy is that?!)
I feel really good and can't wait to see what February brings!
