I remember in freshman science class we learned about calories. We lit things on fire to calculate their calories. It was how long it burned and at what temp they burned at. Then some crazy equation found its calorie. The peanut was the best. It popped then burnt up quickly. Ahh... Fun times...

Mine is open. Feel free to add me. Sometimes I forget to log. But I usually get it the next day.

Bump for later...

I have this treadmill and I love it. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Gold-s-Gym-CrossWalk-570-Treadmill/17164500 I like that it has the custom workouts and a port for my iPod. Also the bonus Jillian Michaels workouts are great.

Interesting. Thanks for sharing.

I use Matrix Biolage ColorCareTherapie worked better. I get them in the liters so they last longer. I also use Redkins Extreme Cat spray every other wash. It helps keep it from being to badly damaged.

BUMP. I'll have to look at it when I get home...

WOW! Congrats! You look AMAZING!

It is. I made it for a family get-together and everyone, even the kids, went nuts for it. My little niece asks for it everytime she comes over.

1/2 cup part skim ricotta 2 tablespoons peanut butter 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 tsp stevia or other natural sweetener Put all in blender until creamy, chill 1 hour. I usually top it with some sliced strawberries or sugar free whip cream. It tastes like peanut butter mousse.

I like mine on celey or with carrots. My husband eats them wrapped in a basil leaf with a cherry tomato.

Folding Laundry. It really adds up when you have several loads to fold, hang and stuff in drawers.

My sister was the same way. I haven't talked to her in four months. Toxic people will only bring you down. I have found that I am happier without her and without her judgement/drama. It only gets better from here.

I have my favs but when we go out we just get the sushi boat. It has 36 pieces on it so you get a sampling of rolls and sometimes nigiri. It fills us up and we get to try new ones. We have never had the same thing twice. That would be a good option if it is available at your sushi place.

My ex found out I was moving out of state, about 6 months after our break up. He cheated on me with my ex-bff and I told him if they broke up I would take him with me. He had everything packed up and ready to go. Only thing was I told him the wrong date and I had already moved without him.

I will have to check my local CFA for those tasty grilled nuggets. Thanks for the best tip of the day!

My cats name is Zillah, my husband named her. It was a character in a book that he read. Some demon or vampire. Which suits her since she is strangely evil. My dogs name is Dahlia, I named her. She is a Chug ( Chihuahua & Pug mix). She is named after the pretty flower native to Mexico and Central America.

Underware isn't her thing. Its cat treasures!

Thanks for sharing. WIll have to keep this in mind next time I stress eat...

Have a back up plan. You never know what the future holds.

I love my treadmill! I got the iFit from Gold Gym with the Jillian Michaels workouts. It is different everyday and it really does help me to not burn out. Plus I crank up the Rob/White Zombie which gets me even more pumped!

It's all good. I vent about him to my bff so its even. We try not to yell at each other (sometimes it does help) because we both shut down (which isn't good at all). 11 years and still strong.
