oh awesome! i just ate lots of fruit and went way over on sugar and was all "wehhh" even though i knew it was healthy sugar. wasnt sure if it would be a bad thing or not

What you're doing is really bad for your body. If you lose weight, you might look good but your body will be struggling to survive if you do this for any extended period of time. And yeah you'll gain it all back once you return to normal eating which eventually you'll have to do because you cant live on a diet like that.

Yes! Thankyou. I am a bit concerned, as are my boyfriend and parents. Im just obsessively logging stuff, i feel like i have to plan out my whole days food the day before. I have a broken tailbone atm so no exercise. Generally i'll exercise to stay under the 1000.

hey, im in QLD :) ill add you. i use this on my iphone mostly so ive also got a weight converter app, but if thats not handy i just divide kg by 2.2 for pounds. so easy with the iphone!

yes!!! my old bras do nothing for me now! i get this weird empty cup thing happening and its very dangerous in certain tops haha. im a poor uni student, i cant afford a bunch of new bras!

whenever i lose weight it seems to go from the girls first up. i dont know how i feel about it haha. i didnt like them when they were there, but now i miss them. the only good thing is that clothes generally fit a lot better.

i highly doubt it would work.. and you'd get sick from just eating that! its almost certain to fail since you're gonna be like "blahhh peanut butter AGAIN" and youll want to snack on other things. Just do it sensibly by eating regular healthy meals. You'll feel so much better for it :) even if peanut butter is crazy…

All im doing is cardio, burning about 370 calories on the treadmill with incline. I have no idea what to do with weights haha. And whats resistance training? I'll try anything :)

Honestly... sounds strange but in a magazine I saw a photo of Blake Lively with her height and weight. She was the same height as me, I liked how she looked, goal weight set haha. So i'm aiming for 62kgs, or 136 pounds. I'm 64 now, not long to go! :)
