  • same thing happen to me last week,i was alil upset about it but i got over it with every1 telling me i look smaller and my clothes feel looser,been working out for the past 3 months and have only lost about 5 lbs but i went from a size 18 to a 16 so i know im loosing inches..im not going to let the scale bother me:wink:
  • I measure and weigh everything..I started with weight watchers but now doing on my own on here instead of counting points, but I still measure and weight almost everything

  • i know men r different,i do weights at the gym and cardio,i try not to lift to heavy,and yes my clothes do fir looser,idk i guess im just wanting to see the numbers on the scale go down..like i said i am bloated right now and it cal also be it...stupid period...lol
  • yes i stopped weight watchers and doing it on my own,now im thinking maybe i made a mistake..im gonna see in a few weeks when im not bloated anymore
  • and the calories i enter for the time im on the treadmill is WAY more then..like today i did 50min on the tredmill at a 3.4-3.7 intensity treadmill said i burned 285..when i entered it on MFP for 50min it gave me 600 something calories..way off..i enter the calories from what the treadmill tells me and i enter my weight on…
  • those workouts of cleaning and that zumba at home was a day i didnt go to the gym,but i go to the gym atleast 4x a week..but i do light cleaning everyday atleast 35 min just on light cleaning..that consist or bending down strightening up cleaning bathrooms,sweeping and mopping

  • thanx for the support everyone..i know its cause im bloated ..and honestly i dont drink my 8 glasses or water a day which i will start doing..i know im being hard on myself and i get myself upset cause i try so hard and then TOM messes it up and i get emotional..guess i just needed to vent and see that im not the only one…
  • yea i think i am bloated also since its almost time for the monthly...but im just pissed 2lb is alot, meanwhile my husband lost 3 and pisses me off even more..and i cook and he eats what i make and he dont even count calories..lol UGH MEN SUCK...lol..but im headed to the gym and will keep doing it.

  • u can make just about anything with ground chicken that u would make with beef..ive gotten my picky kids to eat it now..i make some sauteed peppers onions cook alil then add ground chicken let it all cook then at the end i add some terriaki sauce,let all the flavors combine..i make brown rice with it :smile:
  • yea i just put what the treadmill says i burned..like today for 35 min MFP says its 445 cal...but on the treadmill it says i burned 182..thats a big difference..im just gonna go with what it says on the treadmill. :)
  • Hey Tony thats for ur help...i just started taking Safslim 2x a day..im exercising and eating healthy..do u think its a good supplement to take ..i want alil boost to help get rid of belly fat
