Ah, I love the soreness! I'm finishing up week 2 now and am not as sore, so there's relief in the future! Side note: Yoga X (Day 11). Worked up a sweat but in a good way, and burn a reasonable 440.. which is totally more like what I was expecting. Now off to finish some schoolwork after a weird, weird day that almost…

Day 10 done! I'm skipping ARX for the night because I've been putting exercise in front of schoolwork and have fallen horribly behind :/ Hahah.

Day 9 Plyo finished! My endurance is getting better, but I still wasn't able to finish everything. Room to improve! I like Tony's constant talking and his humor. Love Kenpo. The push ups are growing on me :) but plyo is not... haha.

Day 8, Chest & Back, complete. I can definitely tell that I'm stronger, though. Not only can I feel new muscles in my triceps (oddly, mostly just my right arm.. uh oh.), but I did 10 (!!!) divebombers in Round 1 before collapsing. I'm so glad to hear you're not as sore this week. I'm on day 4 and my body is screaming in protest, but I know it gets better now and am SO looking forward to it :) Yoga tonight after dinner, I'm really excited for it despite the length of the DVD. Keep it up, everyone!

Day 2 done. Plyo is evil! I'll get better with time and effort, I'm sure, but today was a struggle to finish!

Finished Chest/Back and ARX. Was killed by dive bombers, diamonds, and pushups in general. Goal 1: Improve, improve, improve! I don't have a pull up bar, so I'm using resistance bands and a door -- anyone else using this method?

P90X has arrived! I'm so excited to start, but I'm waiting until Sunday so that I can read through the information that came with it and buy some resistance bands (and maybe a HRM -- anyone have good but inexpensive suggestions?) Keep pushing play, everyone!

I shredded L1D5 or 6 yesterday, but only half of it 'cause my power went out :( Today I'm on a break due to horrible headaches, but tomorrow I'm gonna kick it's rump!
