I keep eggs, light rye bread, yogurt, berries such as blackberries and blue berries, apples, bananas, peanut butter, old fashioned oats, almonds and pecans, raisins, celery, peppers, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, tuna fish, pretzels, and popcorn. I try to plan my meals and snacks in advance each morning so I have a rough idea of what my calorie and food intake will be. I find if I think about it, put it in my lunch box for work, then I stick to healthy eating better than if I'm eating on the run. JenB

    6) benefiber cherry pomegranate drink packets -i wouldnt survive without them because i really dont like plain water but i love these drink mixes
    7) salsa -i buy the giant gallon jugs of it and i usually go through one a week. i eat it on everything!
    8) fit oats oatmeal
    9) fat free and occationally 2% cheese -i could eat cheese with every meal. all my cheeses were the hardest things to give up
    10) bagged salad
    11) broccoli -i eat this daily, and it's reall good with salsa :)
    12) fat free cool whip -i freeze it and eat it like ice cream with a little bit of coco powder and instant coffee
    13) coffee -i need it to live. just black, i like my coffee to taste like coffee

i know, i went over 10. oops. and not to sound preachy, but i recommend buying the britta filter that goes on your tap and some refillable water bottles. if you drink a minimum of 80oz of water a day, you will use 1825 bottles a year.

I don't really eat too much processed food or any diet/sugar free foods while dieting.

My staple meal is mexican. So, I keep beans (black or ff refried), tortillas (corn or high-fiber whole wheat flour), lettuce, light sour cream, eggs, and chicken. With this I make a variety of things: chicken tostadas, bean burritos, huevos rancheros, soft chicken tacos, etc.

I also usually have spinach or broccoli on hand, as a side.
