    Tuna
    Instant Mashed Potato
    Cereal
    Crisps
    Canned Diet Soda
    Panini/Bread Rolls
    Frozen Mixed Veg
    Semi-Skimmed Milk
    'Lighter than Light' Mayonnaise
    Parsnips

They might not all look like the best options, but nice crisps encourage me to eat soups for lunch - the crisps are a reward for sticking to the soup, stopping me choosing something far less healthy, and the diet soda is just to remind me to drink. Psychological issues there, I think - water makes me feel sick, and the only way I remember to drink is if I have soda, but it has to be in cans because I end up forgetting if it's bottled, too!

    1. Some sort of homemade soup that I make over the weekend and package in individual servings for grab and go or to pack for lunch. This week its a Jamacian Red Bean soup that someone recommended on a soup thread here.
    2. Grilled chicken breast
    3. Spring mix or baby spinach
    4. Roasted vegetables (again, I do this on the weekend and have as a quick side with whatever I decide to have for dinner. Roasting them also helps preserve them so they don't go bad and I have to throw them away.
    5. Iced Coffee
    6. Oatmeal
    7. Fresh ground peanut butter
    8. low carb wraps
    9. Organic eggs
    10. Multi-grain light english muffins
