    - Turkey cold cuts, humus and sprouts (I combine these and make wraps)
    - Egg whites, mushrooms (already roasted) and reduced Swiss cheese (combine, add garlic salt and hot sauce and you have a delish omelette).
    - BACON! 2 pan fried slices is only 80 calories! Enjoy with the omelette
    - I roast MASSIVE pans of veggies, divide into single servings, and snack on them with whatever protein I have available. It's my home made 'lean cuisine' type entree.
    - Frozen shrimp and scallops (you can always defrost a single serving the night before and cooks up fast!)
    - Fiber one and skim milk because I LOVE TO POOP!

I know what you mean about working from home. Same problem here. And my wife has no problem keeping weight off, so she tends to buy foods that dont help me. But to answer your question:
    Oranges
    Bananas
    Pears
    Raisins
    Soups - Healthy select
    Salad fixins
Grapefruit cups - Delmonte no sugar added
    Activia Yogurt
    and my indulgence - M&Ms - just a handfull a day when I need a boost.

Thats only 9, but its what I have. And its only the stuff I snack on mostly. My main courses are pretty varied.

Right now, it's hummus, wheat thins or whole wheat pitas, lemon yogurt delights, south beach cinnamon raisin bars, cinnamon chex cereal, baby carrots, boars head turkey, lean cuisines and my new obsession is the chex mix bars. Only 120 calories and super chocolately. They have some sugar of course, but it's like eating a candy bar and it makes a really filling shack.
