You might want to try water aerobics, the deep end type will help with the core strengthening and having you stretching and strengthening those core/back muscles.

I like to walk and try to get out when the weather is decent. Right now thats about 3 times a week for 30 mins I love water aerobics and go twice a week for about an hour its the low intensity deep class

Would recommend the pool for some water aerobics but if your looking for something at home then you might want to try looking on youtube for some chair exercises. It would be low cardio but it would still keep you moving. Or one of those desk pedal exercisers think you can use your arms for them?…

Oh I completely failed over thanksgiving. The scale is proof of that. Not feeling so great about that need to get back into the swing of it again.
