I just got a new phone, and I am not happy with the ringers that are one there. I found one that I downloaded a year or so ago. It's the one from the GEICO commercial (Ring a ding). That'll have to do for now.

I hardly ever eat fast food anymore. I'll go to places like Subway, but I stay away from the McDonalds, Culvers, etc. since I started using MFP. I only go there when I'm on the road and need a quick bite. I think Fast Food is ok in moderation, but it should never be a daily thing.

I set a goal to exercise 4 times a week for 30 minutes each....I usually get in at least 3 days, so I know exercise isn't the problem. I upped my calorie goal, I'm going to go with that and see what happens.

You gotta play around with it, see what works for you. Technically if you're not on your feet all day, I think that would be lightly active if you aren't at a desk all day either. I'd wait a few days, see how your progress is going. If you feel you aren't getting enough calorie allowance, change it.

I am 100% motivated to hit my goal weight this year. I will be working out harder, longer, and more often in order to reach my goal. I have around 90 pounds to go!

I prefer to work out in the evening hours, I find it to be the best time for me. Like everyone else said, it's really up to you. I'd keep a consistent schedule though.

I wish I was permanent third shift! I work in retail, and we do a rotating third shift amongst all the managers, so I have to work 3rd shift every 4 weeks or so. I try to avoid soda of any kind when at all possible. I'll take the water. I know a lot of people who stopped drinking soda period, and dropped a lot of weight just from that.
