I'm 29, and happily married. Would I date an 18 year old? Probably not. Having an 18 year old that likes me enough to date me would be quite flattering though. I think it really depends on the girl. Some 18 year old girls are really mature and can handle that type of relationship...most, however, can't. I personally…

Still looking for my MFP Crush! :-) I know you're out there! :-)
-
What a fun topic! :-) I don't have a MFP crush....yet :-) Taking applications though! :-P

I drink water, and I eat pickles!!! Really helps, since you can eat them and they're free of calories! :-)

I just got a new phone, and I am not happy with the ringers that are one there. I found one that I downloaded a year or so ago. It's the one from the GEICO commercial (Ring a ding). That'll have to do for now.

I used to use Hydroxycut. At the time, I had a very active job where I was working outside at an amusement park, walking around, checking seatbelts, harnesses, etc, and walking up and down the ride platform. Believe it or not, I ate McDonald's almost every day, and dropped something like 20 pounds. It was ridiculous. But,…

Wow, great job! Keep it up! You look like a whole new person!

I hardly ever eat fast food anymore. I'll go to places like Subway, but I stay away from the McDonalds, Culvers, etc. since I started using MFP. I only go there when I'm on the road and need a quick bite. I think Fast Food is ok in moderation, but it should never be a daily thing.

I set a goal to exercise 4 times a week for 30 minutes each....I usually get in at least 3 days, so I know exercise isn't the problem. I upped my calorie goal, I'm going to go with that and see what happens.

I'm 28, looking to lose around 90 total. Feel free to add me! Welcome to MFP, and good luck! :-)

You gotta play around with it, see what works for you. Technically if you're not on your feet all day, I think that would be lightly active if you aren't at a desk all day either. I'd wait a few days, see how your progress is going. If you feel you aren't getting enough calorie allowance, change it.

A lot of people on here have past experience in WW. I am no different. I've done both the online and the actual meetings. Both had their advantages, and both worked for me, FOR A SHORT TIME. This last time I went to actual meetings, I lost as much as 8 pounds, but after 12 weeks, I only had a net loss of 5 pounds using…

EA Sports Active 2. I have it for the Wii, and I love it. I know it's out there for the Kinect as well. Great game.

We went to a Sandals in Jamaica....Royal Carribean I think. We loved it and intend on going back very soon.

I am 100% motivated to hit my goal weight this year. I will be working out harder, longer, and more often in order to reach my goal. I have around 90 pounds to go!

I prefer to work out in the evening hours, I find it to be the best time for me. Like everyone else said, it's really up to you. I'd keep a consistent schedule though.

Absolutely amazing. Keep up the great work!!!!

Wow. Great work! Keep it up!!!! What an inspiring picture!

You look fantastic!!! Totally different person! Keep up the great work!!! Any plans to run a marathon? :-)

I wish I was permanent third shift! I work in retail, and we do a rotating third shift amongst all the managers, so I have to work 3rd shift every 4 weeks or so. It takes me about 3 days to figure out the sleep schedule going in, and about a week to get back on a normal schedule going out. By the time I figure it out, I'm…

Hello and welcome!!!! I too was in a similar situation. My weight has fluctuated so much over the last 10 years, and I work a fairly active job. What Apazman said about checking the message boards is true....I'm on here all the time, and I really feel it helps me on my journey and keeps me motivated to continue to do well.…

Wow, you're gorgeous. Keep up the great work!!! Way to go!

I've only noticed maybe a 2 or 3 pound swing for me. I noticed a trend though. I'm my lightest int he morning after I've gotten some sleep. In this case, I'm working the overnight. I weighed myself this morning when I got home from work, and I was the same as when I left for work last night. I slept for probably around 5…

Welcome!!! I've been here about a week and am always on these boards. They are a great way to stay motivated!! Please feel free to add me! Good luck!

WOW, Fantastic!!!! I'm glad that I found this site, it's obvious to me that this works, and seeing pictures like this is that much more motivating!!! :-) Keep up the GREAT work! :-)

Thanks for the pointers everyone! I am new, but I am very impatient when it comes to weight loss. I do the best I can with measuring things out, but don't have a food scale or anything. Looks like an item for the old Christmas list :-) I refuse to give up. I WILL succeed at this. I'm determined! Thanks for all the support!…

I work out at home on the Nintendo Wii (I know, not the same as a regular workout). The amount of time I work out depends on what I have going on. I try to do at least half an hour a day, generally burning around 150 calories or so. That's probably not enough, but I've never been an avid exerciser, but I'm trying to get in…

I try to avoid soda of any kind when at all possible. I'll take the water. I know a lot of people who stopped drinking soda period, and dropped a lot of weight just from that.

I feel lame. I just work out at home on the my Nintendo Wii. Biggest Loser, Wii Fit Plus, and EA Sports Active 2. I usually only do half an hour or so....whatever the workout is for the day. However, with all three games, I'd like to get more into doing all 3 of them. I'd like to join a gym, and after recently quitting…
