Stop weighing yourself daily. Weigh once a week. Make it first thing of the morning on an empty stomach.

Good Work!! Just keep in mind your body fluctuates. So only weigh yourself once weekly as hard and as excited you me be at times... Best time to weigh yourself is of the morning before you eat and do it weekly to monitor your loss :)

Get to your goal weight first. Start strength training then if thats what you want. When losing weight at a good steady pace your aim is not to get stronger but to maintain and not lose strength. I hit 2227 cals daily, when im on my stripping cycle and i shed weight. 1200 cals is flirting with starvation. If you train hard your not going to lose. raise your calories. eat 5 - 6 times a day.

Seem to have posted this in the wrong area before... Just joined this group. Im from Aus and use Kgs instead of lbs... Height - 6ft 2 My Current weight - 103Kgs My Goal Weight is - 93Kgs Im stripping atm. Have about 20% bodyfat currently. My lifts are; Bench - 120Kgs Squat - 130Kgs Dead - 190Kgs

Depending on what exercise your doing daily/weekly and if your cholestorol is good id suggest Keto. The Keto Diet is high fat, next to no carbs and moderate protein diet. If you did this diet and walked or used a cross trainer 30 - 45mins morning and night the weight will fall off. You need more calories to fuel the body.…
