What a difference a few days makes!

I'm so excited! I just stepped on the scale. I'm in that initial "pounds melting off stage" and I'm totally loving it! I've been here before. I've done this, but this time feels so victorious due to the emotional/physical/spiritual conflict that I'm finally making my way out of. I'm just so happy. In 3 days of tracking my food, I'm down 5.8 lbs! (Granted, I'm really large, but still....5.8 lbs!!!!)

    Just keep in mind your body fluctuates. So only weigh yourself once weekly as hard and as excited you me be at times...

    Best time to weigh yourself is of the morning before you eat and do it weekly to monitor your loss :)

    Nice job. Keep it up. I love my "My Fitness Pal App". It is the bomb. And tracking your food helps out so much.....:smile:
