Age: 24 5'8 SW: 260 (Got up to 276 last summer) CW: 244.5 GW: 160-180 Depending on how I look. I've always been curvy. Don't know how much boob I'll be able to lose. Lol I do the Leslie Sansone work out DVDs watch what I eat very closely and walk A LOT. Usually 2 miles everyday 7 days a week.

Absolutely amazing. I'm 5'8 and my start weight was 276. You're an inspiration. And freaking awesome! You look amazing and SO happy.

Only thing I can think of to say is pack your own snacks. I don't travel a lot, but I've noticed that since I've made sure I make almost all my meals myself I've lost a lot more weight

I gained a lot of weight after getting pregnant with my son and have come to except the fact that I will probably always have left over flab. Probably try to focus a lot of extra attention targeting those muscle groups so that you can tone them up. I'm new to the whole fitness world so I don't have all the answers or even…

My biggest motivation is the pictures of the "old" me. The me from before getting married and having a kid. I wasn't super skinny, but I looked great though then I never knew it. That's who I'm trying to get back to.

I wouldn't change my first name but I would like to have my grands last name with mine. And I would have added it to my son's name as well. They raised me and my papa is the only male with the name in our family. I don't want the name to die with them (Yeah, its a morbid thought, but I'm actually terrified of their…

One a day or every other day unless I have an IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) attack. Then who knows.....

You're story sounds a lot like mine although I'm finding it hard to get an actual "work out" in after getting hurt over the weekend and my son deciding he suddenly wants to be a night person. I started October at 276 on my own and lost 16 pounds. I'm down 15 since joining MFP. I'd love some more friends. My final goal is…

I work out everyday, but my workouts are walking my Saint Bernard and German Sheppard once or twice a day. I haven't lost a lot of weight, but hey my legs are looking pretty great. Lol.

If you want to tone your legs and core you could try yoga. Squats lunges and such will help too. Maybe try Pilates. I'm kind of a newbie when it comes to working out, but I have a friend who go ripped doing just that. She also did Insanity and H.A.B.I.T. (hips, abs, butt, and incredible thighs) It worked for her. Something…

8.5 I like the picture and your hair

I never thought that I would be able to actually start to lose weight. I felt like I was just too lazy. But I started to get more careful with what I was eating and just making everything myself. I also started to walk a little everyday and each day a little more. I would push until it hurt and then allow myself to rest.…

I bought a really pretty bra last year in a much smaller size. I didn't kid myself in thinking it would fit, but I am using it as a motivator. I want to be able to wear things like that again. Right now if I need a new bra I have to drive an hour so that I can get a quality bra. We have a Victoria Secret in town, but I…

I love a crock pot but also Pressure cookers! Its a lot faster than a crock pot and super healthy! QVC has one made by Montel Williams which comes with a great recipe book

Right after my son was born I chopped my hair off into a pixie like cut. Nearly buzzed in the back to my cheekbone in the front. It was SUPER EASY to manage. I would just towel dry it and then use a small straightener to finish. I loved the cut, but I'm growing it out now. Only bad thing about these cuts is the mid growth…

I have never done the 30 day shred (not there physically yet as I have like 70 lbs to lose) but it sounds like a good idea and also squats and lunges. Pilates maybe. Just lots of core and leg exercises that will help you to get super lean because you look great already and that will help you get the tone you want.
-
You look great! You're really an inspiration to those of us who have a lot to lose. I started at 260 and I'm down 15 right. Had a big set back this weekend falling down our steps, but luckily nothing broken so I can keep going. Hope you get the results you want! You go girl!

If I'm not really hungry I try to eat some peanut butter or baby carrots with ranch. You can get a lot of calories with out having to eat a lot. I have had a hard time eating back all my exercise calories, but has been my little trick to get the calories back. Good luck!

Maybe try redoing it? I'm pretty new to all this so I'm not sure. I don't even know how to make it show in my posts.
-
Just drinking some water, but thinking of making some egg whites, or fixing lunch
-
I do mine weekly because I'm using the scale at my parents house. If I had a more accessible scale I would probably do it a few more times.
-
Everyone can feel free to add me. I'm trying to lose 80 to 110 pounds. Love to help encourage y'all.

You probably aren't going to burn that many calories in 30 minutes unless you're doing hardcore cardio. Take it easy because you don't want to hurt yourself and that hinder your work outs. Slow and steady win the race.

I tried to donate the other day for the first time. Didn't go well. The tech said I probably didn't eat enough. Got bruised horribly so I'm kind of glad I can't donate again for 2 months. Hopefully it will go better next time.

I really don't like water unless I chug it. I use the flavor packets or MIO. Yeah plain water is better but I just can't get enough in unless I add something

Victoria Secret! I love their bras because they're so awesome! I've always been big up top but right after getting pregnant they exploded and I have to drive out of town to get to Lane Bryant. I bought a bra last year that I fell in love with that was on sale. I'm working out til I can fit it. Got to go down several inches…

Another isn't really a phobia but it terrifies me is watching like end of the world movies. I start to think about my son dying and I start to freak and cry. I don't worry so much about any other family dying but my son. I lost my first child shortly after birth and I think that's part of it

Blood and needles. Actually pushed past it this week and tried to donate blood and they messed up and HUGE bruise. Going to try again though.

I was always a little over weight but I still looked really healthy. But after tearing an old surgery and having a c section it was that much harder to do any hard core working out. Then I got lazy and didn't care anymore. Now I'm down 31 lbs total and 15 since joining MFP! So I'm working towards my goal slowly but surely.
