My recent NSV... I bought a pair of jeans, size 34, which I NEVER thought I would be able to fit into...I thought I would try them on this morning... and BAM... those babies fit! From a size 54 jeans to 34... love my tool!!

Hi Lori_Pensel - One of the simple changes that I did in my house, was to use smaller plates. I got rid of the larger plates. Also, I bought 1 cup glass pyrex bowls. This way after dinner, I can put left overs in the bowls and my lunch is now made for the next day.

Thanks Rob!! My goal weight is 185...so about another 33 to go. The progress has been pretty good. I wish I could work out more often, but the rapid weight loss has caused some issues with the gout issues I have. But it will get better!

My son REALLY wanted to go to Red Robin for dinner.... No problem.... I asked for the kids menu and ordered the grilled chicken stickens..with steamed broccoli. I only was able to finish 2 of the pieces of chicken.

Marinated chopped chicken breast on a salad with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella. This is enough for at least 3 days.

With all respect Grim... I hope you are wrong, as this is the procedure I had done in July. So far, 45lbs in 8weeks. But it is good that we are at least learning about this. :wink:

1. Get my gout issues under control. 2. Exercise 3-5 times a week. 3. Plan more meals. (I don't plan to fail... just fail to plan. ;) ) 4. Get past my 260lb barrier ( I have not been under 260 in over 10 years - currently at 262- but stalled with gout issues. 5. Attend the local support group in September.
