My worst binge on MFP was recent. Must have had a week (well 4 out of the 7) of unlogged binge days each was probably around 3000 calories. /: my break turned into a binge fiesta. Not good but I'm back on board!

I'm 5'2 work out 5x a week and throw in some strength training 3x a week. I recently just lowered my net to 1450. Was netting 1550 and lost 10lbs on that. Can't imagine eating anything less. I have a massive appetite!

Honestly what's really helped me is focusing on what I love to do and that is to run. Now I don't always like eating healthy but for the most part I do! All you really have to do is look into something you enjoy (some aspect of being "healthy") and the rest will follow.

I actually did that the other day. I needed a "free" day. And let me tell you, it felt GOOD. Rarely do I ever let myself do that though! Anyways Peanut butter and Nutella sandwich would be my choice of food, that or cheesecake and cookies. Luckily I don't have access to that stuff nor do I enjoy watching tv very much LOL…

Wow never thought of it that way... I'd be 132. Putting me in the overweight category for my height. Crazy. I think it takes the same amount of effort to put on weight as it is to take it off. So I'm glad I made the choice to move the scale downward.

Love handles/muffin tops run in the family..I have to be on the lower side of the healthy range if I want to avoid them. Now I know! Lol. Ahhh how genetics suck!

It is not an indicator of being fit AT ALL lol. I remember when I was "skinny fat" around 103lbs..I always had a thigh gap an once I started gainining muscle (along with fat obviously) I started to lose my gap. Now that I've lost some weight it is slowly coming back.. But my mom also has tiny legs that don't touch either…
