I am 26 and I've lost 57 pounds with running and clean eating- meh. I'm down below my goal weight and started lifting about 2 weeks ago and it is a great addition to my daily runs! Started losing July 1st 2013 so I am almost at my 3yr mark!

To be honest, find an activity you DO like doing. I want to lift weights to gain muscle but have no patience for it so I run. I need to be moving to feel like I am accomplishing anything. Find your thing.

It took me 2 years and 60 pounds lost to achieve what I have, now I am focused on building muscle and becoming stronger! I started at 186.2 I am now down to 128. June 2013 July 2015 August 2015
