    okay this one is not an exact one since the before picture was taken about 2 month before I started on myfitnesspal, but it is the best I could find...... the pictures show my at approx 271 lbs (123 kg) at a military ball and at 221 lbs (100.33 kg) on the 4th of July at the Independence Day color 5k run/walk on Fort Hood ......I wish I had taken more before pictures....lol

    The left is me two months before starting this at about 248 lbs. The right is after a 50 lb loss in March on my birthday. I didn't see the difference in the mirror until I did this side by side comparison.
