    I just love these pics. It is really stunning what a BIG difference losing weight makes to the face and neck. We all look so much younger! :flowerforyou:

    Right? You get so used to being overweight or obese...for me I didn't even notice how much my face changed due to obesity until I really looked at my pics. It is amazing what happens once the pounds begin to drop off.

    I believe that the youthfulness in our faces after weight loss is reflected in our bodies. Not only do I look younger, I FEEL younger. My obesity-induced health issues are gone!
