For the most part I am sedentary. Only on most weekends do I burn more because I have a bit more time to workout and walk.

I have MFP set to sedentary because I am not active everyday and I have a desk job. And the 1200 was what I saw on MFP. 500 for elliptical is what I saw on my Fitbit. So I guess the other 700 is what I would burn normally everyday?

Well from my fitbit account it says I burned 500 from elliptical so I think I will just use that to make adjustments on how much I should eat back.

Yeah I drink maybe once or twice a year now usually for an event like a friend's birthday party or celebration because I don't care for the taste really and heartburn is a *kitten*. Not to mention the calories because I have to have it mixed. I can't drink it straight anymore :(

When you are extremely sad or going through a tragic event or just having major pms yes it will be Regular ice cream servings add up when you are hormonal or just sad at least for me it does.

Yeah I had to put PB2 on mines which helped out alot. I tried Cake Batter and it taste bland and definitely needs toppings to make it taste half decent. I will have to try the others when I have more of a budget. Those ice creams are costly.

It could be an individual thing too since everyone's metabolism is different. I used it to calculate maintenance of 132 which it said 1450. For fat loss at 205 it said 1632, but I am trying to lose 2lbs/week and 1632 is too much according to MFP.
