I shred it with a cheese grater, then steam it. I use it as a replacement for rice in my stir fry's.

My suggestion would be to see a doctor sooner, than later. Could be something muscular etc, or it could be cardiac related.

I had the same issue recently. I had to take a supplement twice a day, for two months, but my levels are fine now and I'm down to one a day. I made some diet changes, too. I don't like to call it "cheat meal" etc. It has a negative connotation to it. If I'm having something that might be a little higher in calories, I will plan for it. I might exercise a little longer that day. :))

I went with the height and weight chart. My range is 111-150 for my height. I chose a weight in the middle.

I bought an inexpensive treadmill at Walmart. It gives me a good workout. I had quite the belly myself. Thankfully, no "when are you do" comments. Good luck!

If you're consistently tired, I would get your iron levels checked. I just found out mine were low, so I'm now on a supplement. I feel so much better. I wasn't getting enough iron in my diet, so I am now tracking it. I'm eating more meat etc. Hope you feel more energetic soon.
