Guys, you don't want to read this. It could have something to do with your cycle. If that is the case b vitamins, primrose oil, and progesterone cream.0

Monday dinner...
Snickers - Marathon Energy Bar- Chewy Chocolatey Peanut, 1 bar
Cliff Kids - Z Bar Chocolate Chip, 1 bar
Snickers Marathon Nutrition Bar - Dark Chocolate Crunch, 1 bar
that's just an example... the rest of your dinners don't look much better... McDs thrown in for good measure... barely any vegetables or anything that's made from scratch and properly cooked. I suspect you're short of most significant nutrients your body needs to function properly.
Might that explain your energy levels?
How you train on that diet is beyond me.0 -
Usually the number one issue is adequate rest. If you aren't getting it, that's where you start.

If you're consistently tired, I would get your iron levels checked. I just found out mine were low, so I'm now on a supplement. I feel so much better. I wasn't getting enough iron in my diet, so I am now tracking it. I'm eating more meat etc.
Hope you feel more energetic soon.0
