listen to your body.... if you are simply not hungry...then don't eat. but overall it's a good idea to eat at least 1/2 of the calories your earn from exercise.

mine is a Weight Watchers digital scale. i've had it at least 4 years...got it on Amazon. it's unfortunately very accurate! :grumble:

Simple answer: No. It's actually very hard to gain muscle mass while eating at a caloric deficit. So don't worry about getting all muscly from bars with protein.
