Jessica Alba. my goodness. always been a beauty/fitness inspiration to me.

frozen yogurt and berries (: yumm! or bake an apple with cinnamon, a little bit of lemon juice, and a few teaspoons brown sugar melted in. so good, and relatively healthy (depending on how much sugar you use, of course)

I think you can be beautiful but still be unhealthy. so no they aren't the same thing-beauty shouldn't really be dependent on how healthy you are. Do I think healthier people are more attractive? Yes. Do I think healthier people are more beautiful? No, because that's not what I define beauty as! I wish that people would…

I don't...I think one of the main points of exercising is to burn calories, so why would I want them back? I make sure I eat a looot of protein and veggies in my diet and limited fats/sugars. so far so good, I don't feel deprived, I'm seeing results at a good pace, and my body has gotten a lot stronger from working out. (:

120-125 with lots of muscle mass or 115-120 with not as much muscle. I'm 5'5 down from 165lbs to 133 but I think my goal right now is 120. (:

water, water, water... oatmeal with bananas-yummm bananas with almond/almond butter/peanut butter...just watch the servings because those are packed with calories/fat adding rice to low cal veggie or chicken soup works pretty well too (:

I don't eat meat very much, maybe once a week, but if I do I make it special...whole foods has the BEST seasoning/spices/salt ever. I don't know what it's called but it's delicious, it's their own brand. that with olive oil, onion, lemon and basil, maybe with feta cheese on top! or sometimes marinated in mango-chipotle…

eating habits for a typical day... breakfast: greek yogurt w fruit, or a bowl of oatmeal with 1-2 tsp jam or peanut butter just something before a workout lunch: usually salad, bell peppers, a cup of low cal soup, maybe with chicken once in a while snacks: piece of fruit or veggies dinner: varies...a smoothie, oatmeal,…

I love it! I had added it to an hour cardio routine and finished that last december, so during the shred I was working out at 1.5-2 hours a day. I am a lot more toned/strong than I was just doing my own routine!! (I can do real pushups now...hooray!) lost more inches than weight..overall I think it was 7 inches combined…

thanks for the input everyone (: cwill86 I hear ya...I think you're just going to get different (better) results by doing both! for example you could lose 10lbs by dieting, which is fine, but if you lost 10lbs by dieting and exercising you would end up a lot more toned, and would have probably lost more fat since I assume…

yes! I am also avoiding animal products for the most part..no meats, dairy, etc. it's basically a raw diet...found nuts and avocados are fantastic sources of protein/fat to make up for the foods I've cut out. so far I've been loving making smoothies, esp green smoothies! so good..google has tons of recipes for that (:

depends on your height/weight, how much fat you have to lose and your goal. personally I have about 10-15 left to lose and my goal is set to 1200 but I usually feel full at 1000. I eat more if my body tells me I'm actually hungry, if not 1000-11000 usually does it. right now I'm on a raw diet (looooads of veggies and…

it's still activity of some sort, so yes (: you should probably figure out how much you burn walking x mph for x amount of minutes based on your weight. there are tons of sites that have calculators to help figure that out (: then just keep a record of how many hours you do this daily to see how many calories you burn!

2000 calories is a pretty good amount for you to eat in a day...most diets that I know of recommend 1200-1500 for losing weight, so 2000 + your exercise should be fine. I wouldn't worry about having to eat an additional 600
