Mix borax with sugar in a little dish on your counter (or wherever the ants are). They'll flock to the sugar, take it (and borax) back to their nest, and die. The only bad part about this is it gets really gross for the first day while the ants are all like "Heyo! Check out this free sugar!"

CONGRATS! I was just telling my roommate that running, even though it's incredibly tiring, is my biggest confidence-booster. Even if I can't lose five pounds, or can't get a promotion, or can't get an A in my grad class, I can run 5 miles, and that's something to be proud of. Keep on running, girly!!
