I like making an egg scramble. I make it just like scrambled eggs, but I add a ton of veggies into it. It is so good and your are getting more of your veggies in.

I love mine. It is interesting to see how much MFP will under/over estimate. I unfortunately lost half of it when I moved(sad day). I noticed much more results with it than without. I have heard great things about the FitBit.

I use to. I just had to tell myself to stop. I would go, look at the scale and then tell myself, no I'm better than that. I love what these girls did with their scale.
