  • It was 30 seconds squats, 30 seconds round the body with the bell and a minute rest, did that about 5 times i believe. So i think i will go with circuit training. Thank you for that x

  • I weigh once a week on a sunday morning at my boyfriend's house. I use his scales as they are digital and i weigh naked so i know it is as accurate as it can be. Although i swear they are not right sometimes lol.

  • Hi, firstly well done on the amount of work you are doing thats incredible without any rest days. I try to have two and just do them at the weekend when i stay at my boyfriends. The only thing i do there is maybe go on his wobble board which he has for 10 minutes. Keep up the great work :) x
