you have to make sure you are getting your rest, i was having major knee problems!! so now i alternate days. dont push it if you dont think you can handle it. i am on level 2 day 8, so ready to move on to level 3, but i also just started tae bo as well. good luck :)

you can definitely see a difference, dont beat yourself up over it girl. the scale may have went up, but you are also building muscle so that could be why. you look great!

i busted my rear yesterday for an hour and it said i only burned 30 calories. that is way off!

i completely busted my rear doing level 2 of 30ds today and just started using my hrm and the whole 27 minutes, it said i only burned 30 calories and im thinkin, what did i do wrong? i know thats not right.

i have mine pierced too, i dont have any issues with mine and ive only had mine done for a year now. i would probably band aid or tape if having problems. good luck :)

i started doin zumba about a week ago and i love it. im super shy and not comfortable with my body yet so i download vids on youtube. i have started seeing some results, especially in my belly area. but i also mix it up with gazelle, freestyle dancing and jillian michael 30 day shred. :)

im on level 2 of 30ds and i absolutely love it but added zumba to it as well because i didnt feel it was working the way i expected. also i was told not to do it everyday because it will give u knee pain (i have the knee pain as well) good luck :)
