Silly, but it got me excited

I just found out that a half cup of my favourite vanilla frozen yogurt is only 100 calories! And to top it off, a slice of my mom's homemade coffee cake is also only 100 calories! So... I had both and it was delicious! I was so excited to be able to fit in a dessert tonight and now I know that I don't have to feel guilty about eating some frozen yogurt every now and then.
Yes, it's silly, but I figured someone on here might appreciate it.

Kemp's fat free frozen yogurt in peach is fantastic! ... only 80 cals per 1/2 cup! The chocolate is ok, the blueberry is very sweet, haven't tried the others yet.0

Not silly to me! I think we have to fit those things in or we'd go insane! Glad you enjoyed it!0

Not silly at all! ) For an extra healthy little treat, try some fresh blueberries or raspberries on your frozen yogurt so you're getting some of your daily fruits in there. Delicious AND partially good for you, haha.0
